Not properly optimized for the pc.. This is a poorly optimized and buggy indie horror game made with the crap Unity engine that has an isometric top down view and a locked camera angle. The frame rate for the main menu for me with an RTX2080 and i9 processor was in the low 30s. There are also some cutscenes and places inside the house where the frame rate drops down into the 40s even with the graphics set to low. You also cannot access the settings in-game and must exit back to the main menu to make any changes. There are some rooms that have flickering floor textures and the graphics are mostly faded with muddy textures. Sometimes the game also does not recognize a controller. Due to the locked camera angle, it also gets confusing sometimes where you are and where you are heading. The number of saves and loads are also limited and the gameplay is just boring. Not the Horror I wanted.... I started out bright-eyed and hopeful that I would get a definitely hopeless experience that could be overcome with some thinking. What I got was a bug that was so bad I can't even consider finishing the game. I'm not sure what causes it, but even if I did, the following is kinda inexcusable to still be in a game after release: For whatever reason and whatever cause instigates this bug, it completely cuts me out of either Saving or talking with the Inventory Guy at all. The only way to get around it is to either never save again and know what my inventory needs to be right when I need it (So look at someone else's walkthrough, which is always fun for a puzzle game, to cheat and look up the solutions) or to close the game and start it all over with Lord knows how much progress potentially lost. Could be nice without gamebreaking bugs. This could be a good game but there are some unforgivable gamebreaking bugs. Sometime you'll respawn inside a wall so you'll have to load a save. But this bug also exists with your save... yes, when your save is corrupted like this, that's a game over.
J'aimerais aimer ce jeu.... Plus je fais de jeux, moins j'ai confiance quand ça commence par un logo Unity. Non pas que le moteur soit mauvais, c'est plutôt qu'il ne convient pas à tous les développeurs. Je rêve d'une norme, une certification, un coup de tampon, quelque chose qui serait appliqué par toutes les plateformes comme Gog, et qui validerait un minimum de qualité. Le manque d'optimisation est une chose, mais le point le plus basique, le plus éliminatoire, c'est le remapping complet des touches. Si c'est injouable en AZERTY, c'est injouable. Point.
