Fun Souls-Like. Satisfying combat: chopping off limbs never gets old. I did not really get into the gear game, but it loks like there are many possible builds while still being manageable. This is a Souls-like that I would describe as on the easier side (I finished it and never managed to finish another Sousl-like), especially once you get to the mid-to-late-game. Maybe it was my build, but woah, I easily beat many later bosses (including the final one) on the first try, but had to repeat some earlier bosses many many MANY times. I must say that the story did not hook me, but it's not constantly interrupting the gameplay, so not an issue. I recommend it!
Awesome game!. i want to play it and play it omg Update after 33+ hours of playing: it's bloody good game. Waiting for sequel! You ask what I like about it? Music, atmosphere, area that I can explored multiple times and never get bored because something new can be found, map shortcuts, combat. Game gives huge amount of satisfaction. Well I think I'll start playing more soulslike games after this one.
the combat for me is good. i love it, mainly doing parry builds, it feels so smooth once you get the timing, i wish the first game had the same since the story is kinda odd in this. but new game + shows more. as for the dlc if its on sale then id say its worth it too.
