An Incredible Achievement - A Must Play!. This game truly amazed me. Not only for the fact that, aside from the music, it was conceived and executed by a single person, but also for the fact that it actually turned out excellent. It features an interesting and well-written story and intriguing characters, capped by a likeable lead who I can't wait to see in future adventures. It looks great; it sounds great. I grew up on text parser adventures, so this EGA treat is right up my alley. But I also enjoyed all the quality-of-life improvements it brings to the table. The parser interface is remarkably fluent and flexible (aside from the inability to use "USE"!) and isn't as fiddly as older titles. Great fun!. I didn't like the visual style at first but it grow on me. I have never played the old text parser games and didn't know what to expect. It's a quite different experience if you are used to point and click adventures and for me a welcome one.
