Unique experience, awesome graphics. I got this game free from the Epic Games store. It was an awesome journey. The art style is great, and both sides of the gameplay are enjoyable. The tactical ship fights are good but of course, the best part of the game is the mini -some not so mini-adventures that let you travel through varied planets with twists to the gameplay here and there. The game is not easy and it has good replay value. Most importantly, you'll care about your character's fate and NPC's too. It's by far the best adventure game I've played in years. Try it, stick for at least a couple of hours and half a dozen of adventures and you'll know if it's for you. I'm looking forward to this studio's next game!
Good game, saves would have made great. This game has soul and style and was memorable, but I see a lot of reviews saying it's perfection, and that's going too far. Yes it allows for lots of player choice and yes the puzzles are quite fun and well thought out, but the combination of a non-linear point and click game style with a lack of quicksaves and an uncontrollable autosave is just unforgivable in this day and age. There's times when you might click something out of curiosity leading to a horrific outcome you didn't at all intend...and then BAM an autosave and it's seared into stone for the rest of your playthrough. Better hope you were using the userdata folder on your computer to manually fake save slots. The quick ending feature is nice, but doesn't save remotely enough time to make up for the lack of save slots. The end result if you're like me is you then end up using a walkthro…
All I want from a point n click. Fun story, puzzles that are fun, but not completely unreasonable (they are a bit easy at times), amazing artwork. If you are a fan of the genre, you're in for a treat!
Lots of fun and relaxing playing.. Combat takes getting used too. I wasn't paying attention and it look me half the game to understand what I was doing wrong. Adventure elements are top notch with multiple endings which makes multiple play throughs interesting.
