A pretty disappointing reccomendation.. The reasons have beeen done quite to death, and can probably be summed up like this: It's a janky, atmospheric, shallow, punishing game with some significant and unecessary design flaws - The combat, the death mechanics, and the narrative, to name three. Most people will find it underwhelming, but it might sate a certain specific desire for grueling adventures, that require careful preparation. Personally, I regret my purchase; But I don't feel robbed, because the game wasn't even good enough to bear that kind of consideration from me. Buying this marked the last consistent lapse I had for taking uncritical recommendations from anyone, or anything - In this case, youtube personalities with repellingly fringe tastes, who market them as being of transcendental quality. At least I'm a smarter buyer now.
bood and hard same time.. 5/5 one of the best co-op game i play.
Please don't give these people any money. Even on a huge sale, this game is not worth it. If you want to spend a huge amount of time gathering, fishing, and cooking to gear up a bit and still be WAY under geared compared to the enemies, this is a great game. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Great Game. One of the best games of the last few decades.
