stick to mr2, beware of gog shenanigans. psa: gog's subpar storefront and database have been misleading for nearly 20 YEARS now, trying to sell you gold/complete editions even if you have the base game and all dlc, or vice versa. in this case, you can buy the 3 games separately (5.49 + 5.49 + 9.19 eur), the moto racer collection with all 3 games for 7.99, or foolishly believe when they tell you to 'buy the series' with a single click, WHICH INCLUDES ALL 4 ITEMS. not sure if the more expensive option automatically gets removed at the basket or not, but it's lazy and scummy either way. also, the collection doesn't include the 15th anniversary version that's in the steam package. what a disappointment after the really cool second game, and it's not even a different developer, though I didn't compare names. looks better and has trial, freestyle and traffic modes on top of the usual speed and…

Win 2006 game, still operational under Windows 11(installer issue with some dll, but Windows 8 compatibility there), but otherwise not monitor friendly for flash screens amid some historic DX settings, no intro needed here... Enjoy your ride, your Windows and your bike needs repackage for better times, but if you dont intent to make some experiments, simply install DOSBox-x, install windows under it(CD way, Windows W95/Milenium possible), and find how plug and play works to mount cd, your home directory and C:\Games to play Windows 95(XP or Vista in reqs) game, in your capabilieties and hands to run, somehow. It's not that bad. SX/MX,Freestyle and Trial are unplayable for me. But road and traffic are really good. Feeling is nice, nod as good as MR2 but not bad either. What really bugging me is menu music. It's a racing game or office elevator for God's sake?! UPDATE: Music in menu is easy to change. Track03.mp2 in Data/#Music. You can rename any mp2 song as Track03.mp2 and change it without further actions. I have Sash-Adelante in menu now :D
