An Escape Room game with a fresh take.. As the title states, this is a escape room game. You go from room to room an solve puzzles to progress. The twist however is that YOU are strapped to wheel chair and need to use a laser pointer to guide a little girl through the puzzles. This was originally a VR game for the PS4 so all the movement was done through tilting your head. The games story goes for a minimalistic and mysterious style. No long dialogues only vague hints on what is going on. Also, regardless the review about this being a child torture game. It id not and the person claiming it is clearly never played it.
Dark puzzle game. First thing to point out is that this includes both the VR and non-VR versions of the game. I played in VR. Your only interactions in the game are to look at things and trigger a laser to signal the girl to interact with the thing you are looking at. Sounds weak, but the game has an atmosphere to it, and working with the girl immerses you. The puzzles are good, a mix of original puzzles, borrowed classic puzzle types, and some escape room stuff. Not as challenging as real hardcore puzzle games, but not easy either. It is a dark game. The descrption compare it to SAW, it is never nearly as graphic as those films, you won't even see any blood, but there are some scenarios that are pretty intense emotionally. Only weak point for me is that there is no coherent story tying it together. (Spoiler for ten minutes into the game:) You actually escape repeatedly, and then go back…

health battle & loss escape room. The story is baffling, with multiple endings.. this isn't a bad thing, it's an emotional simulation. There's a lot of pantomime, and gibberish because the game is about confusion, being lost, and sacrifice. This is not a light hearted game, but the story may be cathartic to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one despite the best efforts of both. "Only you can save her" means, you determine how the protagonist walks away from the scenario presented. Incidentally, she isn't really being tortured, it's just some really dark decisions. There's more about the multiple endings on Steam if you search for the game name in a web engine.
