Bug needs to be fixed

Bug needs to be fixed. I am likeing the game but it apparently has a bug that has been around forever and pops up constantly forcing you to keep a tab of task manager open to change cpu setting over and over to bypass the bug. The game has been out for far to long for this to still be a thing.
