Very bad MInesweeper clone. Yes, really. You start with some ground an some animal cards, send them out, which has lmited range and uncover what is at the destination, unlocking more land and hopefully get more animal cards, play those cards until you run out. If you're lucky you unlockbonus fieilds, otherwise you don't and ultimately loose. So, reverse Minesweeper I guess.
The game that doesn't want you to win. Ever have a family member that's always sabotaging you? Leading you to something that looks cool, but then they pull the rug out from underneath you? That's this game. I has a cool concept - using animals to explore the wilderness and unlock more exploration. But it has you do it by the skin of your teeth, and with too few animals in your corral, what should be tense is tedious, and any random mistake brought on by random chance means the loss of an hours-long run. I think balancing is the major issue. Too few animals are earned with each "discovery", and daisy-chaining these areas together only earns you one or two more animals overall. Increasing the number of animals you earn, increasing their range, and reducing too-frequent blocks for most of your crew like mountains and water, would make things more forgiving and would encourage exploration, n…
