Which freaking games???. "The massive selection of over 100 games". How about listing the games themselves? I don't want to spend my money on... something.
2026 - This Game Should Be Delisted. I bought this and the DLC today. It turns out that Digital Eclipse had not updated the 1.24 version in two years and has no plans to based on communication. Do not purchase this game with the DLC, it will not work! It is quite horrible that Digital Eclipse will not support their own products.
Poorly done port to PC. If I could rate a game zero stars, this would be it. Controller doesn't work at all. Mouse support only in menus. All game controls must be done from keyboard. I played Atari games on original 2600 in 1970s. The simple and intuitive yet elegant joystick with a single stick and a single button is what made the original games fun and addictive, but none of this is recreated in this set of games. A clunky cheap attempt to make a buck. D-pad, if it worked, is a decent compromise. But the original 2600 used a joystick which you controlled with your left hand. Left-analog stick is a more intuitive solution. But for games like Missile Command could also use mouse for targeting and left click to fire, not a requirement, but how hard would it be to program with today's technology. The (A) button (or X on PS controllers) should've been used for the single button on the 2600…
Historical fun!. An amazing lesson of history in gaming and really shows how far we've come while giving the perfect experience of what these games were/are like and is a perfect representation of the legacy of the company and to peek those moments in time in gaming. Highly recommend.
