Greatly Enjoyed. In particular, I really enjoyed the location design. I haven't read the original novel, so I came in to this with an empty mind. I found some of the puzzles really good fun. Poirot voice actor was really good. I played the whole game through in one sitting. Just what I wanted to play.
Limited and flawed but enjoyable.. Overall rating 2.7/5 The controls for this game, particularly when using mouse and keyboard are rather clunky, with an irritating bug present during certain inspection scenes. None of this impeded me enjoying this game though it was a little annoying. The voice acting of some of the cast feels very stiff in places to the point that in one or two occasions I wondered if it had been done by AI(though as far as I can tell it wasn't). The story is limited but enjoyable enough despite the lack of depth. The major plot twists in the story do feel like they are lacking some detail that helped the original story to feel more cohesive. Lastly the puzzle solving is inconsistent. Most of the puzzles are either very easy, or made very difficult by a lack of information or context. For example one puzzle involved matching symbols that had been on certain objects aro…
