Petit jeu sympathique mais basique

Petit jeu sympathique mais basique. Petit jeu très casual et très court avec un gameplay basique, fini en une heure. Pas de rejouabilité. Très proche d'un visual novel, pas de mini-jeu pour infuser les thés, juste le choix de trois ingrédients. Histoire sans surprise, le but est d'arriver à orienter les dialogues dans le sens voulu. Des indices sont donnés régulièrement. Il y a des options pour zapper les dialogues déjà vus. Dialogues très bien traduits et disponibles en pas mal de langues. Un dernier dialogue épilogue se débloque lorsqu'on a infusé toutes les recettes de thé. Pas de trophée mais on débloque des "succès" dans le menu principal (la galerie). Au final, c'est un jeu sans prétention. J'ai bien aimé.

Great cosy game with a big flaw

Great cosy game with a big flaw. This is a great cosy game about brewing tea and making people happy in your tavern; the visuals are nice, the tea brewing is nice, the music is chill and the dialogue is fine. There is only one glaring flaw, which is a design choice: once you start the game (without knowing what is going on and what to do) and you mess up some of your first teas, you cannot fix that on the subsequent iterations of this "Groundhog Day" time-loop. You can keep brewing teas, get the names of recipes and find out which teas your customers like and dislike, but you will not "solve" the game to reach a happy conclusion. For that, you will need to "reset" the game in the menu, and use your out-of-game knowledge to do it right "from the start". The ending you will get then is very nice, and I do rate the game four stars because it amused me for two evenings, but needing the reset…
